I have cooked for pay and just for pleasure and it is one thing I have never tired of doing. Although I will have to admit that my culinary energy level in the Summer is much lower than in the Fall or Winter or Spring. &lt;grin&gt;</description>

		<description>Gasp! Never had quinoa?! Tee hee. Not that shocking, my dear, but glad you are entering the wonderful world of our complete-protein friend from the Andes.

Plain quinoa is pretty darn plain though. And it can be bitter if you don&#039;t rinse it off first - I don&#039;t know if it says to on the package you have. I usually at least steam it in veggie broth instead of water. If you do want to get creative with it, Cheryl of GF Goodness has a Quinoa Italiana that is universally loved across the blogosphere: http://www.gfandhealthy.com/2008/04/08/quinoa-italiana/

Your weeks sounds utterly delicious!
